An intimate dining room where seasonal produce, quiet craft and slow evenings come together. A tasting menu written fresh each morning, served as the light fades.
Lumen began as a single counter and a wood-fired hearth. Today it remains small by design — twenty-six covers, one seating, and a menu that changes with whatever the morning brings.
We work closely with a handful of growers, fishermen and foragers across the South West, letting their produce dictate the plate rather than the other way around.
"We don't chase trends. We chase the perfect carrot, the right flame, and the moment a guest forgets the time."
Candlelight, the open hearth, and the quiet detail of the dining room. Select a frame to view.
Tables are released six weeks in advance. We recommend booking early, particularly for weekend seatings.
